Courtney Andrysiak (M.Ed., M.A.)

Courtney Andrysiak (M.Ed., M.A.) is a fourth-year doctoral student in clinical psychology at Fielding Graduate University. She believes in the uniqueness of each individual, and as such, tailors her therapeutic approach to meet the client’s individual needs. She draws from humanistic, cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and positive psychology therapies.

Courtney works collaboratively with clients to help them meet their goals by focusing on their strengths while helping them to address their challenges. She feels that the therapeutic relationship is the most important ingredient in therapy. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment with every client, so that clients can begin to heal and grow.

Courtney is committed to helping clients engage in self-exploration, gain knowledge about themselves, and help clients overcome challenges, such as depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, diabetes management, experiences with bullying, low self-esteem, and relationships and communication.
